Delivery Information at Maven Doors And Windows
We strive to simplify your ordering experience. Choose either collection from our facility or shipping across mainland UK. Our delivery service offers fully assembled or flatpack options for convenience. Doors up to 4.9m wide or 2.3m high are delivered assembled, with glazing separate. Should access be a concern, we can arrange flatpack delivery upon request.
Delivery costs are location-based. Refer to our delivery cost map for specific charges.
Delivery Details:
- Delivery times: Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pm. Our driver will contact you at least 1 hour before arrival.
- Upon order processing, expect an email confirming the week commencing date for delivery.
- You’ll receive an email once your order begins manufacturing.
- By Wednesday of the delivery week, expect an email and phone call to confirm the exact delivery date.
- Should you need to delay confirmed delivery, a £5 per day, per door storage fee may apply.
- Our delivery is handled by one person, requiring assistance offloading from the van. Please ensure clear access for delivery, especially for Bifold & Sliding Patio doors, unless they are oversized or flatpack is requested.
Delivery Coverage:
Our delivery service spans England, Wales, and Scotland. Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or islands off the Mainland.”
